Peace be upon you!
I am Sahar, a doctoral student under the supervision of Dr Khalid Raza. My research modus operand is focussed on identifying underlying epigenetics mechanisms that lead to the formation of ovarian cancer in females. Additionally, my team and I are working on elucidating the potential of POTE family that could be deployed as a therapuetic or as a prognostic marker for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer (OC) in females.
My only motivation for this research work is my love for my nation and an empathetic concern for females who face mortality annually due to inefficient medical healthcare approaches. In my opinion, we as scientific researchers must try to engage ourselves in a holistic nurturing of our minds, referring to the academic & social aspects that encapsulate robust training of the mind to comprehend along with social empathy promoting self actualization.
